4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Process: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details. We are not liable for errors in designs, specifications, or quantities provided by you. Orders are subject to acceptance by 911Prints.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. Quotes provided are valid for a limited time, as specified in the quote.

4.3 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other options specified at checkout. Failure to provide payment may result in order cancellation.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website. Customized products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

4.5 Revisions and Approvals: Prior to production, we may provide proofs for your approval. It is your responsibility to review and confirm the accuracy of the proof. Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content: You retain ownership of any designs or materials you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant this license.

5.2 Company Materials: All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials on our website, remain the property of 911Prints. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. User Responsibilities

9.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Georgia, USA, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

9.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with 911Prints on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class or collective action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms or other unlawful activities. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay for completed orders or services in progress.
